ABU Digital Broadcasting Symposium is an annual symposium staged by the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting Union (ABU) to help fellow broadcasters go digital, with the support of the broadcasting industry. The primary role of DBS 2020 is to help broadcasters in the region make a smooth transition to digital broadcasting and introduce them to the latest range of technologies on the market.

ABU Digital Broadcasting Symposium 2020 It comprises an international conference, masterclasses and an industry exhibition showcasing the latest technologies and services providing a platform to share expertise and experiences, network with like-minded colleagues, showcase and embrace advancing technologies to help broadcasters make the right decisions.

In 2019, DBS attracted 1,254 participants from 377 organisations in 59 countries with  82 speakers and 60 exhibiting companies.

This year’s event will feature a three-day conference on 3-5 March and an exhibition on the same days, along with a range of workshops and masterclasses.

The symposium is one of the leading events for broadcasters in the region, and this year’s theme is Collaborate and Innovate.
