Tecla System builds the ingest, media asset management and playout software behind channels that cannot go dark. Our engineers own their products end to end, with AI in what we ship and in how we build it. A requirement becomes a running system while larger vendors are still scoping it.
Gold support: 24/7/365, eight-hour response · On-premise, hybrid and cloud from the same codebase
Certified and integrated with the ecosystem you already run
Same software, any deployment. On-premise, hybrid or cloud — no forked product, no second-class edition.
Full-stack API on every product. Orchestrators, third-party MAMs and in-house tooling all get first-class access.
Support that answers. Gold plan: 365 days a year, round the clock, eight-hour response, straight to engineers.
The platform
Every product sits on the same spine: capture everything that arrives, make it findable and reusable, then get it to air and to market. Start at any point — add the rest without replatforming.

Deliver & distribute
Ingrid feeds the whole chain. Synaxis owns the asset from catalogue to delivery. Dynamo takes it to air. MediaHive, Panorama+ and Videologger extend the chain at the points you need them.
Flagship
Synaxis is built for the people who make the content — journalists, producers, archivists — not for the playout rack. A clean-sheet platform with no legacy constraints: serverless by design, microservices by default, AI-native at the core, and identical whether it runs on bare metal in your own building or on a public cloud.
Hybrid search that combines exact matching with AI semantic retrieval. Zero Trust access enforced at the asset, so a user cannot even discover content they are not cleared to see. Open components at every layer — Kubernetes, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch — which is what makes “no vendor lock-in” a claim you can check.
Products
Microservices, software-only, API-first. Run one product or the whole chain — the interfaces, the user management and the deployment model do not change.
Unified multichannel ingest. Up to 8 independent channels per node, mixed frame rates and resolutions, simultaneous writes to local, NAS and cloud.
All-in-one contribution ingest, playout and post. Edit-while-ingest, gang-mode playback for video walls, up to 8 HD or 2 UHD channels.
All-in-one video gateway. Any format, any protocol, any resolution — with branding, scaling, monitoring and compliance recording built in.
Next-generation Production MAM. Clean-sheet, serverless-first and AI-native, with hybrid semantic search and Zero Trust access control at the asset level.
Web-based MAM / DAM / PAM with AI connectors, built-in transcoding, browser editing and storage-agnostic archive management.
Enterprise channel manager and playout. Channel-in-a-box architecture, unattended 24/7, from one channel to dozens, cloud-certified.
Compliance and legal recording. Unattended 24/7 logging with no frame loss between segments, configurable retention and alarm escalation.

Launch a channel on-premise, hybrid or fully in the cloud — and run it unattended.

Read moreHow we work
Ask a large vendor for the feature your operation actually needs and you join a queue behind their roadmap. Ask us and it becomes a release. Broadcast has always traded speed for safety — with engineers who own whole products, and AI compressing work that used to take quarters, it no longer has to.
No account-management layer. A requirement does not survive three handovers before it reaches a developer, because there are not three handovers.
Inside the products — metadata enrichment, speech-to-text, scene recognition, automated QC. And inside how we build them, which is why a feature request lands in weeks.
Microservices and a full-stack API on every product mean a custom plug-in is ordinary work. The architecture was designed on the assumption you would need one.
Our real median, measured across recent customer feature requests. Ask us to show the log.
Reliability by design
Multi-level redundancy across playout and production, with mirror recording and RAID at the ingest layer.
Service-oriented architecture: one process per channel, automatically restarted in isolation. One failure is never a system failure.
Cloud playout certified on Azure, AWS, Oracle and Tata — with the identical build you run on bare metal.
Gold: 365 days, 24/24, eight-hour response. Silver: five days a week, one working day. Both include free updates.
In production
Working with Synaxis is like having a hundred products in one. The API-first design separates the data from how it is displayed, so we can build a different interface for each use — and fit the system to our operators, instead of forcing them into one designed by someone else.
Ivan PintabonaCTO, NVP
MediaHive is perfect for our needs. The team have been extremely helpful throughout the integration process.
Richard FealeySailGP
Custom indexing and consolidated metadata input significantly streamlined the process of inputting metadata, making it faster and more effortless.
